MFA in Creative Writing
Adelphi’s M.F.A. in Creative Writing program requires students to write across genres. The program is kept small in order for each student to work closely with faculty. The practicum experience allows students to interact with literary agents, publishers, and engage with the literary community.

The M.S. in Biology has optional concentrations in molecular biology, physiology, and ecology, evolution, conservation biology. There is also a research thesis and non-research thesis track. Students interested in the biotechnology concentration will apply to the MS program in Biology. Admittance to the biotechnology concentration will be assessed after completing one semester (12 credits) of graduate courses. Admission will be based on the previous record, performance at Adelphi, and potential for success in biotechnology.
Environmental Studies, Master of Science
Adelphi’s M.S. in Environmental Studies program will allow you to gain skills and knowledge in the areas of environmental health and safety, environmental management and green energy. The program has a flexible schedule with evening class options and full- or part-time enrollment so you can keep earning while completing your degree.
