Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership
The Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership (MSODL) is an accelerated graduate program designed to enhance each students’ understanding of the fundamental practices of organizational development while enabling the acquisition of the analytical skills necessary to lead others. The Master of Arts in Teacher Leadership (M.A.) is designed for PK-12 teachers who want to continue in the classroom while assuming leadership roles in their school and community. This University of the Incarnate Word degree program focuses on the “teacher as a leader” and empowers experienced teachers to effect change and improve student learning. This degree program is appropriate for teachers who wish to advance their current work or assume master teacher roles as department heads, team leaders, curriculum leaders, instructional coaches or informal teacher leaders. Students are not required to be certified teachers to enter this program.
