Elizabethtown College is a Pennsylvania private college founded in 1899. The programs offered through the School of Graduate & Professional Studies (SGPS) are geared toward working adults with the motivation to go back to school and earn their degree.

The accelerated format (either 5 or 8 week classes) lets students take one course at a time, allowing them to focus on learning each subject area without the stress of taking multiple courses at the same time.

Offering degree programs both in the classroom and online, the SGPS is dedicated to delivering the educational programming and services needed by working professionals in the format most convenient for them.

One of the unique features of the School’s programs is its emphasis on individualized academic advising. All students as assigned an advisor who will work with the student to provide support from admission to graduation.

Elizabethtown College recognizes that learning takes place outside as well as inside the classroom and that adult learners bring a wide variety of valid learning experiences with them when they enter a college program. The School is eager to help the adult learner transform outside-the-classroom, college-level learning into college credit.

Business Programs

The accelerated format (either 5 or 8 week classes) lets students take one course at a time, allowing them to focus on learning each subject area without the stress of taking multiple courses at the same time. Accelerated 3 credit courses meet once or twice a week for five weeks or are offered online. Evening class time is 6-10 pm. Courses that are quantitative in nature meet twice weekly (usually from 6-9pm).

Affordability & Admissions

Undergraduate tuition is $525 per credit, and financial aid is available for qualifying applicants. Transfer credits must carry a grade of C- or better and not include remedial courses. Credit for prior learning is available.
