While still teaching the theories and practice included in typical criminal justice programs, CCU ties in a faith element within the criminal justice coursework. Students are prepared to enter a career in the justice system, law enforcement, corrections, and homeland security, etc, having examined important life issues such as free will, human nature, justice, and redemption.

Education degrees at Colorado Christian are offered with and without earning licensure under the Colorado Department of Education. Degrees with licensure components included allow students to earn both a Bachelor of Arts degree in order to teach in public, international, private, and public charter schools. CCU offers students two blended online and face-to-face degree programs in the nursing field, both accredited by the CCNE. While the Pre-Licensure program is designed for first-time nursing students who do not hold a nursing license, they will still find that the intensive course load will prepare them for the skills they need to be highly competent and ethical nurse leaders of the world. The RN to BSN is geared towards working nurses hoping to advance their careers and continue to sharpen their skills while maintaining a moral understanding of the world in their service to others.
