Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies
The Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies degree offered at NKU can be completed in a fully online format. Students will explore curriculum in practice, theory, history, and more. The coursework will prepare students who are interested in public relations, human resources, teaching, business, politics, and more. Students will improve their communication skills through varied coursework that spans multiple disciplines.
Bachelor of Arts in History
The Bachelor of Arts in History program is available in a fully online format. Students will explore a curriculum of core, history, and elective courses to complete their degree. Students must earn 48 credit hours within the major (with a C or above). History students must also participate in outcomes assessment prior to graduation.
Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems
Adult learners enrolled in the Business Information Systems program will gain the skills necessary to succeed in the competitive world of business informatics. Students will learn how to make smart and informed decisions, while also learning about the automation of business processes and the management of information functions. The program is accredited by the Association for the Advancement of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Studies
The BA in Integrative Studies is perfect for students whose academic interests span several subjects. Enrolled students will combine three areas of academic study in order to develop a focus and goal-oriented educational track. In addition, students will learn a variety of the most sought-after skills employers desire. Some of these skills include: critical thinking, creative and bold perspective, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team of both different and like-minded individuals. The PACE program has created a template for students to earn minors in Organizational Leadership and Public Service and a focus in English.

Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership
The Organizational Leadership program is best suited for students coming in with prior credit. The program combines psychology, communication, and leadership theory to develop students into motivators who know how to affect positive change within an organization. Students will also hone their skills in inter-organizational communication, which includes coordination with others and sensitivity to issues among different groups. The PACE curriculum offers concentrations in public administration, English, and business informatics.
